Based on a platform developed with Chinese giant GWM, the Aceman will be built in China alongside the new Cooper which also launches in Australia in 2024.

While pricing has yet to be announced, logical opposition for the Aceman in Australia will include premium-priced small EVs such as the Peugeot e-2008, Cupra Born and forthcoming Jeep Avenger.

A higher performance JCW Aceman model is expected to launch later.
